1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bbbgame platform and its Services. By registering for an account, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services. Bbbgame may update the Terms; material changes will be communicated and continue to bind you unless you terminate your account before the changes take effect.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to and use of the Services is limited to individuals who meet the applicable age requirement for gambling in their jurisdiction and who are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and for compliance with these Terms. Bbbgame may request verification of identity and payment methods at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with these requirements or that engage in prohibited conduct.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Compliance

• Collusion, syndicate betting, or sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any device to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage is forbidden.
• Money laundering, fraud, or activities that facilitate illicit conduct are strictly prohibited and may trigger account termination and reporting to authorities.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or exploit the Services or underlying technology is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

All intellectual property rights in the Services and its content belong to Bbbgame or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Your user-generated content remains your property, but you grant Bbbgame a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, and display such content as necessary to operate and improve the Services. This license continues for as long as your content is protected by applicable rights and remains published or shared through the Services.

5. Account Security and Monitoring

You must maintain the confidentiality of your password and security details. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify Bbbgame immediately. Bbbgame reserves the right to monitor activity for security, compliance, and fair play purposes and to suspend or terminate accounts where required by these Terms or applicable law.

6. Verification, Payments, and Funds

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods as disclosed in the Services. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and source of funds. Bbbgame may place limitations on deposits, wagering, or withdrawals, or request additional documentation for KYC (know-your-customer) and AML (anti‑money-laundering) purposes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20 units. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be disclosed prior to processing.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful verification and may be delayed during review or if further documentation is required.
• Funds held by Bbbgame may be retained or frozen when regulatory or internal compliance concerns arise, pending resolution.

Funds are managed separately from operational funds and will be returned to the original payment method where feasible. If return to the original method is not possible, funds may be remitted to a bank account in the player’s name after due diligence checks.

7. Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering

Promotions and bonuses are subject to specific Bonus Terms that accompany each offer. Bonus funds are distinct from real funds and may carry wagering requirements, time limits, and eligibility criteria. Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds require meeting the applicable wagering requirements and comply with all restriction terms. If you breach any Bonus Terms, Bbbgame may void the bonus and associated winnings.

8. Game Rules and Malfunctions

Each game offered within the Services is governed by its own Game Rules. In the event of a malfunction or technical issue that affects a game outcome, Bbbgame will take reasonable corrective action, which may include voiding wagers or restoring balances where appropriate. Bbbgame disclaims liability for losses arising from malfunctions not attributable to the operator’s fault.

9. Inactivity, Dormant Accounts, and Closure

An account is considered Inactive if there is no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months. A Dormant status may follow after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, with published procedures to reclaim remaining funds. Upon account closure, Bbbgame will return available funds via the last verified payment method, subject to due diligence. Outstanding bets at the time of closure may be voided and any bonuses may be forfeited.

10. Responsible Gambling and Safeguards

Bbbgame promotes responsible gambling and provides tools such as deposit limits, session limits, and self‑exclusion mechanisms. Access to support for problem gambling is available through the Services. Compliance with responsible gambling obligations remains ongoing, and any restrictions or self‑imposed limits are in effect for all activity on the account.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Bbbgame’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in that policy. You may exercise rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data as provided by applicable law and policy terms.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Bbbgame and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Warnings, disclaimers, and remedies herein are exclusive and replace any other warranties unless required by law. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Changes to the Terms

Bbbgame may amend these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, Bbbgame will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use and consider closing your account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bbbgame is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing by the parties.

15. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or condition unless agreed in writing by Bbbgame.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bbbgame regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
