General Rules and Definitions

These Sports Betting Rules govern all wagers placed with Bbbgame. The Company may amend these Rules at any time. Customers bear the responsibility to review the Rules prior to placing a wager. For purposes of these Rules, a Market means a defined bet type offered on a given Event, an Event is a contest or match, and a Bet is a customer’s selected wager on a Market. A Palpable Error is an obvious error in odds or event details that may trigger voiding or adjustment of bets by the Company.

• Acceptance of bets is subject to these Rules as well as any Market specific terms published for a given Event.
• The Company may refuse to accept bets or void bets where there is a proven error, anomaly, or breach of risk controls.

Settlement Principles and Official Results

Bets are settled on the outcome as determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body or by the description of the Market. If an official result is not available, the Company may determine settlement using credible official data or records. The Company reserves the right to use video or other objective evidence to resolve disputes about the result. In the event of conflicting signals, the Company’s decision is final and binding.

Event Status and Modifications

Should an Event be postponed, abandoned, or moved to a different venue, the Company may void unsettled bets or adjust settlement in accordance with these Rules. If an Event resumes within a defined period after postponement, bets on Markets already determined may remain valid, while unsettled bets may be voided unless specified otherwise in Market terms. Changes to playing format or length that affect Market outcomes may lead to voiding of affected Bets unless otherwise stated.

Live and In-Play Betting

Live betting prices are dynamic and may change rapidly as the Event unfolds. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of odds and reserves the right to refuse or void any bet, including bets accepted while prices are displayed, if circumstances outside the Companys control render the displayed price wide of industry norms or inaccurate. In running bets are subject to standard checks such as event progress, price accuracy, and system integrity.

Outrights and Play or Pay

Outright markets cover the overall winner or final position in a competition. Under a Play or Pay regime, participants listed in Outright markets will stand as wagers even if a listed participant is unable to participate, unless the rule explicitly states otherwise. If two or more participants are joint winners, stakes are divided proportionally and settled at the stated odds. Head to head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team level markets may stand while individual markets for the original participant may be void.

Scorers and Player Markets

Scorer related bets include First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer and Anytime Goalscorer. Own goals may be treated as non scorers in certain markets depending on official rulings. The market definitions apply to regular time unless Market terms specify otherwise. If a match is abandoned after goals have occurred, bets on the first or last scorer may be void in line with Market terms. Markets combining scorer and other outcomes follow the same rules for the relevant components.

Dead Heat and Tie Rules

In the event of a Dead Heat where multiple participants share a win, the stake on each selected outcome is divided by the number of winners, with the odds applied to the divided stake. If a tie is declared under governing rules and no winner is determined, applicable tie or dead heat provisions apply as described in Market terms.

Disputes, Claims and Resolution

Claims or disputes must be raised through Customer Services within seven days of the finalization of a Bet or completion of the Event. The Company reserves the right to have the final say on all disputes via the Head of Sportsbook or an equivalent authority within the organization. Where necessary, the Company may suspend settlement pending investigation by relevant authorities.

Data Accuracy, Technology and Latency

The data displayed on site, including live data feeds, may be subject to delays and is provided as is. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such data and shall not be liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Odds in the display may be truncated for user experience and internal calculations may use extended precision; the final settled amounts are determined by the official Rules and market terms.

Compliance, Security and Responsible Gaming

Customers must be adults in the jurisdiction where betting activity occurs. The Company complies with applicable anti money laundering regulations and uses reasonable security measures to protect customer data. Customers are encouraged to set limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.
